If your VoltVibe product isn't what you hoped, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation, no hoops.
Arrived broken or wrong? We fix it fast.
Send us a photo of the defective, damaged, or wrong item and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you don't even need to send the old one back.
Who pays return shipping?
Changed your mind? Return shipping's on you. But if we messed up — defective or wrong item — we cover every cent.
